How does it work?

In the purchasing process, select store pickup as the shipping method.

Payment methods

You can choose to pay for your order by transfer or credit card. Once the transfer or bank deposit has been credited to our account, your order will be reserved for 60 days. Once this period has passed, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Transport Agency

We manage transportation with selected companies. In general terms, a period of 7 business days is established for the delivery of the product, once the order has been formalized. The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product and its destination. At all times, the customer has an online tracking system at their disposal, where they can check the status of their shipment.

Transportation is considered completed upon unloading at the foot of the vehicle, at street level. It will depend solely and exclusively on the driver to carry the product beyond the vehicle, and in no case does it include lifting the products to any floor. The client will have the necessary labor available for these tasks.

Product review: It is important that when receiving the merchandise, you check its correct condition in front of the delivery person, and let us know that everything is correct.

In the event of deterioration of the merchandise during transport, the customer must:

  1. Record it on the carrier's delivery note
  2. Notify us at Telephone 955 980 220 during business hours, or by e-mail to the address Calidad@expochimeneas.com, within 24 hours of receipt.

In this way we can begin the claim procedures for the replacement of damaged merchandise at no charge to the customer. If said defects are not indicated on the transport note, or were not communicated within the indicated period, we will not be able to take care of said claims.

NORMALLY SHIPMENTS ARE MADE BY COURIER COMPANIES EXTERNAL TO EXPOCHIMENEAS E INSTALACIONES SL, THEREFORE, THE COURIER IS NOT OBLIGED TO PLACE THE GOODS INSIDE THE HOUSE OR TO ASSEMBLE THEM.
