The modern VN insert for the final version of the door (guillotine-lift system) with a glazing side without a mullion combines unique aesthetics with exceptional performance properties. In addition to its visual appeal, the device ensures efficient heating and environmentally friendly wood burning. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, it boasts a very subtle appearance. One of its many advantages is the possibility of connecting the air intake from the outside. The elegance of the insert is further enhanced by the decorative glass glazing. It also features a child lock that prevents the door from being opened uncontrollably.

High level of security

The insert ensures safe use, because it has been called a parental lock, protection against uncontrolled opening of the door.

The front of the insert piece is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. The assembled glass has a quality and safety certificate.

The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures, due to the use of high-quality steel.

The door frame is made of a closed profile, making it stable and resistant to the stresses that occur during high-temperature operation. The excellent airtightness of the insert is ensured by solid welds made in a noble gas shield. The steel components are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines.

The VN insert stands out for its modern design and aesthetic appeal. It features a harmonious flame effect, giving the interior a unique style. It radiates heat not only from the front but also from the side.

The fireplace features a single, decorative glass window, giving it an elegant and modern look. This design visually enlarges the front of the fireplace and emphasizes the view of the fire.

The insert door operates on the elevator system – the window is lifted. This system is based on a counterweight – a steel cable pulley runs on guides supported by two ball bearings, which evenly distributes the door's weight. The door moves on fireproof bearings along sliding guides mounted on the frame, ensuring quiet and smooth operation. The door's movement extends a few millimeters away from the frame, preventing damage to the seal. Lockable doors are pressed firmly into the frame, creating a complete seal.

Thanks to the lift-up and lift-up door, you can load the right amount of wood at once. An additional mechanism allows the side windows to be opened, making them easier to clean and keeping the oven clean.

The device is also equipped with a glass cleaning system – thanks to a curtain airflow that is evenly distributed, sweeps the glass, and minimizes soot buildup. This allows the glass to maintain its clean and effective appearance for a long time.

The fireplace features a specially profiled TERMOTEC base plate, which deepens the combustion chamber and allows for more wood storage. Maintenance is simplified thanks to the integrated grate and ash collection tray.

The internal inspection system makes it possible to carry out servicing activities from inside the furnace without destroying the chimney building.

The insert can be used in a variety of mounting conditions, thanks to the adjustable feet and a movable 360° adjustable exhaust outlet.

MAXIMUM use of energy

More efficient combustion and temperature maintenance are already a result of the TERMOTEC lining in the combustion chamber, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the oven. Furthermore, its smooth, white surface looks stunning inside the fireplace.

The post-combustion of fuel particles is achieved through two baffles that extend the exhaust path. This process also increases combustion efficiency, ensures better energy utilization, and minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The insert has a horizontal duct, built for high combustion, which allows for the recovery of additional heat from the gases, and thus the maximum use of energy.

The device has a triple ventilation system for the combustion chamber, thanks to which burning in the wood insert is ecological and, most importantly, economical.

Primary air is supplied to the cartridge from the outside, thanks to the integrated 125 mm air inlet connection. The air inlet is located on the bottom of the cartridge. Air flow is regulated by a throttle function, controlled by a lever under the door, preventing errors due to improper use. The operation of the entire mechanism inside the chimney is very quiet and smooth.
