This contract is entered into within the legal framework established by the Civil Code, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions and Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, so the consumer has all the guarantees established for his protection in Laws 26/1984 for the Defense of Consumers and Users and 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
On the other hand, this contract is entered into within the general framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
Similarly, the data provided by the customer during the purchase process receives the treatment prescribed for it in Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, which is described in the Privacy Policy section.
Once the seller and the object of the sale have been identified in the current catalog on the website, and with reference to the information on characteristics and price of each item contained in its corresponding sheet, this contract is entered into in accordance with the following conditions:
Product Conformity Guarantee: A refund will only be issued if the product arrives broken or damaged, and the customer must report the issue immediately, providing photographs for verification. In the case of a defective product, the seller must, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the consumer.
Manufacturer's warranty: Each brand offers its own product conformity warranty, included in the product documentation, which is at least 2 years long. If you need to make use of the product warranty, we will help you manage and expedite the process with the manufacturer.
Commercial Guarantee: Under this formula, we assume our commitment to the information we provide you in any of the established media, whether electronic catalogs, offers, telephone communications, or via email.
Right of Withdrawal: If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they will be responsible for any damage caused by the incorrect use of the products received. Therefore, we recommend that you inform us beforehand of your intention to exercise this right and allow us to manage the return with our transport agencies, in order to ensure the correct condition of the product and thus expedite the process for a prompt refund of the amounts paid.
The refund will be made, in any case, upon receipt of the items in our warehouses, after verification of the condition of the product, which must be unused, in its original packaging and with the complete documentation of the item, and the refund of its amount, less the return costs, will be made by bank transfer within a period not exceeding 7 days.
