MAXIMUM ENERGY USE

The body and front are made of high-quality steel, making them resistant to extremely high temperatures. The combustion chamber is lined with TERMOTEC , a heat-accumulating material that raises the internal temperature, achieving efficient combustion and greater heat retention. Thanks to a special water jacket assembly, a large amount of heat can be extracted from the flue gases and transferred to the heating system, thus achieving high energy efficiency for the insert. It features an integrated coil, and the water jacket body is reinforced with bolts, with 1/2-inch inlet and outlet connections.

The chimney door, made with a closed profile, is stable and resistant to tension. The door seal is housed in a profiled channel that ensures an optimal seal and prevents it from coming loose during use. It incorporates a system of two baffles that lengthen the flue gas path, making combustion more efficient. The air intake is exclusively external thanks to an integrated 125 mm diameter connection with an adjustable damper, and all air intake control is managed with a single knob, preventing operating errors.

The triple air supply system to the combustion chamber works as follows: primary air is directed to the combustion plate, while secondary air is supplied through holes in the back wall. Additionally, the insert features an air curtain system to keep the glass clean. This version has double glazing, which promotes more efficient heat transfer to the room and keeps the fireplace glass cleaner.

SECURITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The seal is perfect thanks to robust welds performed under a protective gas atmosphere. All steel components are laser-cut using state-of-the-art machinery and then folded on CNC press brakes for absolute precision. The front of the insert is fitted with heat-resistant ceramic glass, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 660°C.

COMFORTABLE AND PRACTICAL USE

This is a grillless insert that operates using post-combustion with the ashes themselves; this means the fuel burns completely into fine ash, leaving minimal residue and maximizing the firewood's thermal energy. The base plate is significantly lower than the door to facilitate loading.

The opening system is dual: the door can be opened upwards, guillotine-style, for easier loading of firewood, or to the side, allowing for easier cleaning of the glass. It also includes a child safety lock to prevent unauthorized opening. Finally, the glass cleaning system, using an air deflector, significantly reduces soot buildup.

MODERN DESIGN

The insert incorporates a decorative "glass" type glass that withstands temperatures up to 660°C. This glass not only gives the fireplace a modern and elegant look, but also visually enlarges the front of the insert.
