What does it mean that my Ferlux Kalio has double combustion?

The double combustion of the Ferlux Kalio model is an additional contribution of preheated air in the upper part of the combustion chamber that allows burning all the particles that have not been burned in the area where the fuel is and that - in a device that did not have this system - would be ash, soot in the tube or particle emissions into the atmosphere.

This over-oxygenation produces a burning of all these particles of material that would normally be waste.

Visually, we see an additional fire of great beauty, which will translate into greater heating power at lower consumption, that is, greater performance. The performance data measures the burning efficiency.

A double combustion stove is more ecological and environmentally friendly due to its lower emission level and lower fuel consumption.

What coverage does the warranty offered by the manufacturer Ferlux have?

Ferlux guarantees that the cast iron or steel exterior parts of the product are free from material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

The Ferlux guarantee does not cover the repair or replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as combustion plates, grates, smoke deflectors, interior parts with fire and moving parts such as handles or knobs. The guarantee also does not cover broken glass or wear and tear on door and glass cords.
