Aquario insert is a water jacket device with a body constructed of double-walled steel. The space between the walls is filled with water, which absorbs the heat and transfers it to the heating system.

Efficient combustion process and temperature maintenance to retain heat for longer thanks to combustion chamber lining with TERMOTEC – a heat-retaining material that raises the temperature in the combustion chamber.

The special water system is obtained which allows a large amount of the heat from the flue gases to be transferred into the heating system, thanks to its high energy efficiency.

More environmentally friendly combustion thanks to the double deflector system that extends the exhaust gas path.

Double flue gas damper regulation at outlet: upper damper that allows regulation of chimney draft, lower damper that switches the insert between the cooking-up stage and the burning process.

The combustion chamber ventilation system is operated exclusively from the outside by supplying primary and secondary air to the combustion chamber. As standard, the insert has a 125 mm diameter external air inlet that allows fresh air to be supplied to the furnace from outside the building. Air separation takes place in the spaces located below the bottom plate of the hearth. Air is supplied by a channel at the height of the bottom plate to the fence, which is equipped with a system of holes along its entire length. This contributes to improved combustion conditions. Burning occurs uniformly across the entire width of the chimney. Adjustment of the combustion intensity in the insert is made by means of the mechanism below the door.

The insert features an air curtain, called a clean window system, which doesn't extract air from the room. This special glass ventilation system keeps the glass clean. Air is drawn in through the air inlet connector and then supplied via special ducts on the sides of the unit to the chamber at the top of the insert. It is then distributed evenly across the glass, keeping it clean.

The afterburner system is responsible for limiting harmful emissions and improving the efficiency of the insert. Thanks to this solution, the inserts achieve very good CO emission parameters (low CO emissions).

High level of security

The front of the insert is equipped with double heat-resistant ceramic to withstand temperatures up to 660°C. Our glass is certified for quality and safety.

Overheating protection is provided by the built-in coil tube - medium inlet/outlet connector. The chimney body is reinforced by means of pins.

Body and front resistance to high temperatures thanks to the use of high quality insert steel.

Perfect sealing is achieved thanks to solid welds made under noble gas protection. All steel components are laser-cut and bent on CNC bending machines.

Grateless chimney filling – complete combustion in dust, meaning that wood burns into a minimal amount of fine ash. The thermal energy obtained from the wood is used to its fullest potential.

Reduction of soot deposition by means of a pure glass (air curtain) system.

MODERN DESIGN

The integrated water-based insert looks no different from a typical air-based insert. It simply extends the advantages of the latter to include the ability to connect the chimney to the central heating system.

The insert is fitted with decorative glass, giving it a sleek and modern look. This design also visually widens the front of the insert.

The insert is equipped with an elegant and comfortable handle.
