The modern VN insert, an upward-opening (guillotine-style) lift-up fireplace with side glazing and no mullion, combines unique aesthetics with exceptional performance. Beyond its visual appeal, the unit ensures efficient space heating and environmentally friendly wood burning. Thanks to the use of modern materials and innovative technical solutions, it boasts a very subtle appearance. One of its many advantages is the option to connect an external air intake. The insert's elegance is further enhanced by the decorative glass-type glazing. It also features a child lock to prevent unauthorized opening of the door. The insert guarantees safe operation with a child lock, preventing unauthorized opening. The front of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic that withstands temperatures up to 660°C. The assembled glass is certified for quality and safety. The door frame is constructed from a closed profile, making it stable and resistant to the stresses that occur during high-temperature operation. The insert's excellent airtightness is guaranteed by the robust welds made in the noble gas shield. The steel components are laser-cut using state-of-the-art equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines. MODERN DESIGN The VN insert attracts attention with its modern design and aesthetic finish. It impresses with a harmonious view of the fire, giving the interior a unique style. Heat radiates not only from the front but also from the sides. The fireplace is equipped with a unique decorative glass window, which gives it an elegant and modern look. This feature visually widens the front of the insert and emphasizes the view of the fire. COMFORTABLE OPERATION The insert door operates on a lifting system – the window rises. This system is based on a counterweight – the steel cable pulley runs on guides supported by two ball bearings, which ensures the door's weight is evenly distributed. They move on fireproof bearings along sliding guides mounted on the frame, ensuring smooth, quiet, and trouble-free operation. The door's movement is offset by a few millimeters from the body, preventing damage to the seal. The locking doors are pressed firmly into the frame, creating a completely sealed oven. The raised and lowered door allows you to load the correct amount of wood at once. An additional mechanism allows you to open the side windows, facilitating cleaning and keeping the oven clean. The unit is also equipped with a glass cleaning system – thanks to a curtain, the airflow is evenly distributed, sweeping the glass and minimizing soot buildup. This keeps the glass looking clean and effective for a long time. The chimney has a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC, which deepens the combustion chamber and allows for more wood storage. Chimney maintenance is made easier by the mounted grate and the ash collection tray. The internal inspection system allows servicing to be carried out from inside the furnace without damaging the chimney structure. The insert can be used in a variety of installation conditions, thanks to its adjustable feet and a 360° adjustable, movable flue. MAXIMUM ENERGY USE: More efficient combustion and improved temperature retention are achieved with the TERMOTEC lining in the combustion chamber, a heat-accumulating material that raises the furnace temperature. Its smooth, white surface also looks impressive inside the fireplace. The post-combustion of fuel particles is facilitated by two baffles that extend the flue's path. This process also increases combustion efficiency, ensures better energy use, and minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere. The insert features a horizontal flue, built into a high draft system, which allows for additional heat recovery from the flue gases, thus maximizing energy efficiency. Primary air is supplied to the cartridge from the outside, thanks to the integrated 125 mm air inlet connection. The air inlet is located at the bottom of the cartridge. Air flow is regulated by a built-in accelerator, controlled by a switch under the door, preventing errors due to improper use. The entire mechanism operates inside the fireplace, ensuring quiet and trouble-free operation. ECO-FRIENDLY COMBUSTION The VN model meets the requirements of Ecodesign standards and the restrictions of BImSchV 2, which defines the maximum CO emissions.
