SECURITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The insert is safe to use because it has a parental lock to protect against unauthorized opening of doors.

The front of the insert is equipped with ceramic resistant to temperatures up to 660°C. The supplied glass is certified for its quality and safety.

The door frame is made of a closed profile, making it stable and resistant to stress when the insert operates at high temperatures.

The excellent airtightness of the joint is ensured by robust welds made using noble gas welding technology. The steel components are cut with laser cutters and then bent on CNC bending machines.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The unit meets the requirements of the Ecodesign standards and the restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emission.

CONVENIENT USE

The insert door operates on a lifting system – the glass rises. This system is based on a counterweight – steel blocks operate with four rollers (two per side) that distribute the door's weight evenly. These rollers move along sliding guides mounted on the frame, ensuring smooth, quiet, and reliable operation. Thanks to the doors' ability to be raised and lowered, large quantities of wood can be loaded at once. The additional mechanism that allows the glass to be opened from both sides facilitates cleaning.

The appliance is also equipped with a transparent glass system – thanks to the so-called air curtain, the air is distributed evenly, sweeping across the glass and minimizing soot. The glass can be kept clean and looking good for a long time.

MAXIMUM ENERGY USE

Efficient combustion and greater temperature retention are achieved thanks to the combustion chamber lining with TERMOTEC, a thermopolymerizable material that increases the temperature in the oven. Furthermore, its smooth, white surface is visually exquisite within the fireplace.

The combustion of fuel particles is facilitated by a baffle that extends the exhaust path and the secondary air system. This process also increases combustion efficiency, ensures better energy utilization, and therefore minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

Primary air is supplied to the insert from the outside via the integrated 125 mm air inlet. The air inlet is located in the floor of the insert. Its airflow is adjusted using a built-in throttle, controlled by a regulator under the door, eliminating the risk of misuse. The entire mechanism is quiet and reliable.
