The Zuzia ECO series features cast iron inserts with a spacious combustion chamber, which are also equipped with densely spaced radiators. Thanks to this design, the heat transfer surface area to the room is significantly larger. This increases the mass of the unit itself. The insert incorporates a post-combustion system for unburned flue gases, which, along with other technical solutions, results in very high combustion efficiency, ensuring that the insert meets the stringent requirements of Eco-design.

High level of security

The modern front of the insert is made of steel, equipped with decorative heat-resistant ceramics that maintain temperatures up to 660°C. The glass is certified for quality and safety.

Decorative glass not only looks elegant and modern, but first and foremost, the use of this solution optically enlarges the front of the insert and highlights the view of the fire.

The door frame is made of a closed profile, which makes them stable and resistant to stress when operating at high temperatures.

The device is also equipped with a glass cleaning system – thanks to an air curtain. The airflow is distributed evenly, sweeping across the glass and minimizing soot buildup. This allows you to keep your windows looking attractive and clean for a long time.

Keeping the insert clean is easier with a built-in grate and ash catcher. Additionally, the insert has a removable fence, which prevents wood from falling out of the chimney and makes chimney cleaning easier.

Maximum energy use

The combustion of fuel particles is carried out by the equipped baffle that extends the exhaust path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy use while minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The device has a triple ventilation system combustion chamber, therefore the burning process in the wood insert is environmentally friendly and most importantly economical.

The primary air supply to the insert is provided from the outside through the integrated air inlet (in the 125 mm size). The air inlet is located on the underside of the insert.

Secondary air is supplied through holes in the back wall of the furnace, creating an afterburner system. This system handles the combustion of gases and reduces emissions of harmful substances. It improves chimney efficiency, which directly contributes to very low CO emissions.

The device is equipped with a clean glass system – thanks to the so-called air curtain airflow, which is evenly distributed, the glass is swept clean and particle settling is reduced to a minimum. This allows you to maintain a clean and effective appearance of the glass for a long time.
