FM FUSION 200 E Wood-Fired Barbecue

Setting up a complete outdoor kitchen usually involves three separate purchases: a barbecue, an oven, and a paella pan. The FM Calefacción FUSIÓN 200 E combines all three into a single unit over 1.8 meters wide, constructed from up to 4 mm thick steel and finished with a hood and flue. It's the perfect appliance for serious outdoor cooks.

Adjustable Argentine grill measuring 725 x 560 mm

The stainless steel Argentine grill is the heart of the barbecue: 725 x 560 mm cooking surface with an adjustable grease tray . The height adjustment is what distinguishes an Argentine grill from a fixed grate: you move the meat closer to the coals to sear it and further away to finish cooking, controlling the heat without touching the flames.

Wood-fired oven with cast iron doors

The oven has a usable space of 420 x 600 x 400 mm , large enough for a whole lamb or several trays of bread. Its doors are made of cast iron , the interior of the combustion chamber is lined with vermiculite —a refractory material that reflects heat inwards and raises the temperature—and the base is made of refractory brick , which accumulates heat and distributes it evenly. This combination is exactly that of a traditional wood-fired oven.

Paella pan stand for pans up to Ø 85 cm

Includes a paella pan stand that accommodates pans up to 85 cm in diameter: enough for twenty or thirty people, cooked over a wood fire. No need to buy a separate paella pan or improvise with a trivet.

Integrated hood and smoke evacuation

The range hood and 350 mm diameter top flue outlet are integrated into the unit. The smoke rises and is evacuated instead of spreading across the porch or terrace, which makes a real difference when cooking with guests around.

Casting, refractory and easy cleaning

Both the barbecue and the oven feature cast iron grates , the material that best retains heat and withstands thermal cycles without warping. Removable ash drawers allow for easy emptying of the ashes by simply pulling out the tray, without making a mess. The finish is a heat-resistant black paint (800°C) , and the unit comes with a can of the same paint spray for touch-ups.

Optional accessories

A wheeled support unit (ref. 7B0007) measuring 717 x 1844 x 760 mm is specifically designed for this model. It raises the unit to the appropriate working height, allows for easy movement, and provides storage space beneath the barbecue. A specific height-adjustable grill is also available for the BF-90 and FUSION 200 models (ref. 7B0058). Both are sold separately.
