This way, you can shop comfortably from home and pick up your purchase at our store.

How does it work?

During the purchase process, select in-store pickup as your shipping method.

Payment methods

You can choose to pay for your order by bank transfer or credit card. Once the transfer or bank deposit has been credited to our account, your order will be reserved for 60 days. After this period, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Transport agency

We handle shipping with selected carriers. Generally, delivery takes 7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and destination. Customers can track their shipment online at any time.

Transport is considered complete upon unloading at the side of the vehicle, at street level. It is solely the driver's responsibility to move the product beyond the vehicle, and under no circumstances is this included. The client will provide the necessary labor for these tasks.

Product inspection: It is important that upon receiving the merchandise, you check its correct condition in front of the delivery person, and let us know that everything is correct.

In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the customer must:

1. Note it on the carrier's delivery note
2. Notify us by phone at 647 565 085 during business hours, or by email to online@expochimeneas.com, within 24 hours of receiving it.

This will allow us to begin the claims process for the replacement of damaged goods at no cost to the customer. If these defects are not indicated on the delivery note, or are not reported within the specified timeframe, we will not be able to process these claims.

NORMALLY, DELIVERIES ARE MADE BY COURIER COMPANIES EXTERNAL TO EXPOCHIMENEAS E INSTALACIONES SL, THEREFORE, THE COURIER IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PLACE THE GOODS INSIDE THE HOUSE OR TO ASSEMBLE THEM.
