The FM Calefacción PL-60 ECO solves two needs with a single appliance: a griddle for everyday use and a paella pan for group meals. It features a powerful gas burner, a thick steel griddle, and wheels for easy portability. No construction work, no installation, and no need to buy two separate appliances.

Sheet measuring 560 x 570 mm

The 560 x 570 mm metal griddle offers a generous surface for cooking several servings at once: meats, fish, vegetables, or seafood. Because it's a flat griddle, you can cook foods that would fall through the bars on a conventional grill, and the heat is distributed evenly across the entire surface.

Two-ring burner: also a paella burner

Beneath the griddle is a two-ring butane/propane gas burner with a diameter of 45 cm . The two rings allow you to adjust the heat and, above all, distribute the flame evenly across the entire base—critical for paella, where the rice must cook uniformly from the center to the edge. By removing the griddle, the unit becomes a paella pan for diameters up to 65 cm : a paella pan for up to twenty people.

Steel up to 5 mm

The unit is made of steel up to 5 mm thick , a remarkable thickness in this category. This mass of metal accumulates heat and keeps it stable when you place food on it, preventing the temperature from plummeting when the griddle is loaded. The exterior finish is epoxy paint .

With wheels and leveling

The included support legs with wheels allow you to easily move the set around the garden, porch, or patio and store it away afterward. The leveling system solves a real problem when cooking outdoors: on uneven ground, oil pools in one corner and the paella rice cooks unevenly. With the leveling system, the surface is perfectly plumb.

The griddle, also a side tray

It includes a griddle support designed to hold it when cooking in paella mode. In this mode, the griddle is no longer in the way and functions as a side tray : a support surface for trays, plates, or ingredients, right where you need it.
