What coverage does the warranty offered by the manufacturer Traforart have?

Traforart guarantees that the cast iron or steel exterior parts of the product are free from material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

The Traforart guarantee does not cover the repair or replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as combustion plates, grates, smoke deflectors, interior parts with fire and moving parts such as handles or levers. The guarantee also does not cover broken glass or wear and tear on the cords on the door and glass.
