3. AUGER - The auger will carry the pellet to the burner basket; the higher the temperature, the faster the pellet will be transported.

4. BURNER - The heating elements create the flame that ignites the pellets and creates the fire; the fan feeds it to create the perfect smoke convection in the food.

5. FAN - The variable speed fan fans the fire, while circulating smoke and heat around the food.

The all-natural hardwood pellets are fed from the hopper to the firebox via an auger, where they are ignited by the hot rod to fuel the flames and add a delicious wood-fired flavor to your food. A fan circulates the heat and smoke for even and consistent cooking. A drip tray keeps flames away from the food and prevents flare-ups. Everything is controlled by a precise temperature controller, so you can spend more time with the people you care about and less time staring at the barbecue.
