The Zosia ECO insert is a fireplace with a large cast iron combustion chamber. Its rigidity makes it a perfect fit for fireplaces with heat recovery systems. Furthermore, its technical characteristics ensure that the insert meets eco-design requirements.

The device is also equipped with a glass cleaning system – thanks to an air curtain. The airflow is distributed evenly, sweeping across the glass and minimizing soot buildup. This allows you to keep your windows looking attractive and clean for a long time.

Keeping the insert clean is easier with a built-in grate and ash catcher. Additionally, the insert has a removable fence, which prevents wood from falling out of the chimney and makes chimney cleaning easier.

The chimney filling is fitted into the double plate towards the back, with easy removal from the inner back.

The special design of the perforated handle protects against overheating, which has an influence on the high ease of use of the fireplace.

Maximum energy use

The insert is equipped with densely distributed externally mounted radiators. This design significantly increases the heat transfer area with the environment and, at the same time, increases the mass of the chimney.

The combustion of fuel particles is carried out by the equipped baffle that extends the exhaust path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy use while minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The device has a triple ventilation system combustion chamber, therefore the burning process in the wood insert is environmentally friendly and most importantly economical.

The primary air supply to the insert is provided from the outside through the integrated air inlet (in the 125 mm size). The air inlet is located on the underside of the insert.

Secondary air is supplied through holes in the back wall of the furnace, creating an afterburner system. This system handles the combustion of gases and reduces emissions of harmful substances. It improves chimney efficiency, which directly contributes to very low CO emissions.

The device is equipped with a clean glass system – thanks to the so-called air curtain airflow, which is evenly distributed, the glass is swept clean and particle settling is reduced to a minimum. This allows you to maintain a clean and effective appearance of the glass for a long time.

The combustion chamber ventilation control regulation is independent for the three systems so that the user has better control over the combustion process.

The unit meets the eco-design requirements and restrictions of the BImSchV 2 standard, which determines the maximum CO emission.

High level of security

The cast iron front of the insert piece is fitted with decorative heat-resistant glass that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. The glass has a quality and safety certificate installed.

Densely spaced radiators and oven walls make for high-quality 8mm thick cast iron safety guarantee for operation and maximum heat utilization.
