Afterburning of fuel particles is achieved through two baffles that extend the exhaust path. This process increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy use. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The air supply to the insert comes solely from outside, thanks to the integrated 125 mm air inlet connector. It is controlled by an adjustable regulating valve with an adjuster located under the door. This solution eliminates errors due to improper use. The entire fault-free mechanism operates very quietly.

The insert features a triple combustion chamber air system. Primary air, which facilitates wood burning, is supplied across the entire width of the firebox insert, where the entire combustion process takes place. The insert is designed to prevent the so-called afterburn phenomenon. Secondary air—which ensures economical and environmentally friendly combustion—is supplied through a system of holes located in the back wall.

In addition, there is a glass cleaning system (air curtain), which means that air is delivered directly to the glass through a channel system located on the sides of the chimney. This supplies air to the top of the combustion chamber, where it burns the gases produced by the wood combustion process, further limiting CO emissions into the atmosphere.

The use of such a ventilation system allows for precise control of the combustion process.

A special unit containing a horizontally stacked water jacket and flame tube, through which water flows, allows for the collection of heat from combustion gases and its transfer to the heating system for high energy efficiency. Additionally, the device incorporates a coil tube to protect it from overheating. The water jacket body is reinforced with pins.

Robust and durable fire-resistant doors feature a closed profile. The door seal is set within a profiled channel, ensuring proper adhesion and preventing it from falling off during operation.

The device is equipped with a glass cleaning system – thanks to the so-called air curtain, the airflow is distributed evenly, sweeping away glass sediment and minimizing soot. This allows the glass to maintain an attractive and clean appearance for a long time.

Inserting without a grate, a method called post-combustion ash removal. In practice, this means that the fuel burns to ash, which remains in minimal quantity. The thermal energy generated in this way is used to its fullest extent.

The special design of the perforated handle protects against overheating, which has an influence on the high ease of use of the fireplace.
