What does it mean that my Ferlux Panoramic 90 has double combustion?

The double combustion of the Ferlux Panoramic 90 model is an additional contribution of preheated air in the upper part of the combustion chamber that allows the burning of all the particles that have not been burned in the area where the fuel is and that - in a device that did not have this system - would be ash, soot in the tube or particle emissions into the atmosphere.

This over-oxygenation produces a burning of all these particles of material that would normally be waste.

What coverage does the warranty offered by the manufacturer Ferlux have?

Ferlux guarantees that the cast iron or steel exterior parts of the product are free from material or manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

The Ferlux guarantee does not cover the repair or replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as combustion plates, grates, smoke deflectors, interior parts with fire and moving parts such as handles or knobs. The guarantee also does not cover broken glass or wear and tear on door and glass cords.
