The FM BHE-100 HP charcoal and wood barbecue combines robust construction with great cooking versatility. Made of 4 mm thick carbon steel, it features a cast iron door with heat-resistant ceramic glass (up to 750°C), allowing for convenient and safe control of the cooking process and the fire. Its cleaning system collects both grease and ash generated during use, simplifying maintenance.

It features a fully integrated oven with a refractory brick base and a removable stainless steel interior, designed for even heat distribution and excellent results when roasting and baking. It includes two stainless steel racks, a probe thermometer, a protective glove, and primary air regulation for improved combustion control. Its heat-resistant black paint finish, resistant up to 800°C, ensures high durability and thermal resistance, making it an ideal choice for enjoying traditional cooking with charcoal or wood.
