Home barbecue with oven FM BH-100 HP

The FM Calefacción BH-100 HP is the top-of-the-line model in the BH range: a barbecue fireplace with a glass door and, above it, a wrap-around oven . All in one piece, designed for built-in installation and constructed from 4mm carbon steel . With it, you can do more than just grill charcoal: bake bread, pizzas, or roast meat using the same wood fire.

Convection oven

The oven uses a convection heating effect : the heat surrounds the food before escaping through the vent, producing even cooking on all sides instead of heating only from below. Its interior is made of removable stainless steel , so you can take it out for thorough cleaning after a greasy roast instead of working blindly inside a cramped cavity. The refractory brick base accumulates heat and distributes it evenly, and the probe thermometer allows you to monitor the temperature without opening the door.

Cast iron door with glass window

The cast iron door solves two problems at once. First, closing the chamber controls the smoke to the point of allowing the barbecue to be used indoors , while also letting air in only where you choose with the regulator. Second, its heat-resistant ceramic glass window (up to 750°C) lets you see the grill and monitor the cooking without having to open it.

Large cooking surface

The barbecue offers a cooking surface of 87 x 50 cm , with a loading opening of 85 x 55.5 cm and a chamber depth of 63 cm . Plenty of space to cook for a long table, and to work with commercially available firewood, generating your own embers, or with charcoal if you prefer convenience.

4mm carbon steel

The 4 mm thickness is what separates a barbecue that lasts for decades from one that warps in a couple of seasons. The entire unit is finished in black heat-resistant paint, resistant up to 800°C , and the grills are made of stainless steel : they won't rust outdoors or impart any flavors.

Fine control and easy cleaning

The primary air regulator , draft diverter , and removable baffle give you complete control over the draft and combustion rate. The removable ash drawer is part of a cleaning system that collects both ash and grease generated during cooking and is emptied by pulling out the tray.
