More efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance due to the combustion chamber lining with TERMOTEC ceramic material that accumulates heat and raises the temperature in the oven.

Complete combustion in the powder is achieved thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy use. It also minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

Primary air is supplied to the insert via a built-in 125 mm external air inlet. The air inlet is located at the bottom of the insert. The insert has a cover plate on the back and a hole in its base. This allows the user to choose how to connect the external air kit. Air flow is adjusted using a regulator valve located below the door. This design prevents improper use. The entire mechanism operates quietly and reliably.

Secondary air adjustment – called an “air curtain” – is achieved with a mechanism installed above the door inserts. Opening the mechanism allows air to enter the insert at its top, where the combustion of gases produced during the wood burning process takes place. This significantly reduces the emission of harmful CO₂ into the atmosphere. Air is directed to sweep the glass slats away from the fire and smoke. This significantly reduces soot buildup on the glass, keeping it clean.

Excellent sealing thanks to solid welding performed in noble gas shielding. The steel components are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC machines.
