The FM BH-7 wood-fired oven is made of steel up to 4 mm thick, offering a robust and durable structure for cooking with wood. It features primary and secondary air controls for combustion, a removable ash drawer, and a detachable metal grill for easy cleaning and maintenance. It includes a top roasting rack, a protective glove, and a handle for safely removing the top lid. Its heat-resistant black paint finish, resistant up to 800°C, ensures excellent durability against high temperatures. Compact and functional, it is ideal for preparing roasts and traditional recipes with the authentic flavor of wood.
